Professionalism and Creating an Individual Development Plan

Students will engage in a self-assessment inventory of skills related to their own professionalism and learn strategies that can enhance their own approaches to becoming effective professionals. Students will also start their own Individual Development Plan and learn how to use an IDP throughout their graduate education and beyond.
